Arrowhead Estates is collecting electronic proxies for the upcoming vote. If you would like to receive your Electronic Proxy by email so you can review and sign it electronically, register your information below.

Registering here does not submit your vote. It only tells us where to send your Electronic Proxy document for you to review and sign. You will receive a separate email from DocuSign with the actual proxy to complete.

Please Note: Only the property owner (or an authorized representative) may register to receive a proxy for a given property. Requests are checked against the Association’s official owner records before a proxy is sent. The last name you provide must match the name recorded on the property deed with the county.
